Are pages really removed, or just hidden?
Really removed. The document is rebuilt without them, so the deleted content is not recoverable from the downloaded file.
Can I remove every page?
No — a PDF needs at least one page. The tool will stop you before producing an empty file.
How many pages can be displayed?
Up to 300 thumbnails. Larger documents are refused rather than freezing your browser.
