IlikePDF does not set any cookies.

What we don't use

  • No tracking or advertising cookies.
  • No analytics cookies — we run no analytics at all.
  • No session or authentication cookies, because there are no accounts.
  • No localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.

This is why you'll see no cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.

What your browser does on its own

Your browser will cache static files — stylesheets, scripts and library code — to make return visits faster. That is ordinary HTTP caching, not a cookie, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Third-party requests

PDF and OCR libraries load from unpkg.com, and OCR language data from tessdata.projectnaptha.com. These are static file requests. They do not set cookies on our behalf, though as with any request your IP address is visible to those hosts.

If this changes

Should we ever introduce anything that stores data in your browser, this page will be updated first and appropriate consent will be requested.
